Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Source the lumber.\u00a0 This may require up to 300 miles or more of travel time or up to 3 to 4 days in the field.\u00a0 Once we find a source, then we dig through piles of lumber to hand pick the perfect pieces for each project.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unload and sort the jigsaw puzzle pieces.\u00a0 Then we begin cleaning, polishing and buffing the wood.\u00a0 This may require hours to remove all of the dust and debris from each individual board.<\/strong><\/p>\n
